There are 168 hours in a week.  What are you doing with your time?  NEVER-IDLE is about being the most efficient with each week you have been given.  Perfection will not occur but the pursuit of being prepared and disciplined along with understanding when to adjust can make each week a success.  Each successful week is a step towards the goals you have set for yourself and the people you may lead.

Mind Over Reality Everyday is the new motto for NEVER-IDLE.  In the pursuit for achieving goals, NEVER-IDLE has learned that you can always do more.  Unfortunately, sometimes when you hear "more" it can actually influence you to go against your own goals. "More" is easy to say, but sometimes when it is time to execute, we allow our feelings and perspectives to slow us down or even stop us from growth.  There will be times you will not want to hear "more", but embrace the action along with the  process. 

​Mind Over Reality Everyday should remind you  just because your reality may not be what you expect it to be, persevere because eventually your "reality" will meet up with your "mind"  IF you stay the course.  However, don't let your "mind" catch up to your "reality" because that could be a recipe for disaster.
Everyone has 365 steps per year.
